Hi guys! Hope you guys have learnt something cus We did!
Some learning points we have learnt about fermentation such as we have learnt how to operate with the bioreactor and how to scale up the culture. One part of the process I have really enjoyed is the sampling part where we will all panick and afraid of making a mistake. haha!
Another learning point is that we have learnt more on GFP, the Green Fluoroscent Protein such as the functions and uses of it.
Not only that, the environment in the fermentor is also important as it can affect the product such as the temperature.
